Grilled Gochujang Pork Shoulder

-3-4 lbs boneless pork shoulder (flayed out into 1 or 2, 2” thick steaks)

-1 tbsp gochujang

-1 tbsp oyster sauce

-1 tbsp minced ginger

-3 cloves garlic (presses or minced)

-1 tsp fish sauce

-1/4 cup soy sauce

-3 tbsp sesame oil


Combine everything but pork in a bowl and whisk together. Place pork in a gallon ziplock and pour marinade overtop. Shake and massage to thoroughly coat. Refrigerate for 2 to 48 hours.


Heat gas or charcoal grill to max temp and grill pork until an easy 145 internal temp.


*note* There are 12 lbs of pork in this photo, which fed 20 people. The provided recipe should serve 6-8.
